Advocacy

1. Promote and defend private property rights.

2. Increase REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) participation and responses to Calls to Action

3. Partner with organizations that share our purpose

4. Identify the needs in our community and focus on providing volunteer time and resources

5. Elevate community engagement to build safe, vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable communities and neighborhoods

Reach, Connect, Engage

1. Reach, connect and engage members where they are to deliver our resources and benefits

2. Create channels based on members' interest and needs (commercial, broker, etc.)

3. Engage members for life: onboarding new and re-boarding existing members

4. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion and create a culture of belonging

5. Communicate the value of REALTORS® to the community through targeted outreach and education initiative

Organizational Excellence

1. Provide the necessary financial, human, and physical resources to support and sustain the GIAR Mission

2. Act as fiduciaries by being transparent stewards of our resourced and finances

3. Elevate the culture of collaboration among members

4. Welcome and solicit feedback to improve member experience

5. Foster competition among our members in out effort to provide superior consumer experiences

6. Measure outcomes, share data and report results to members

Leadership

1. Identify, trained mentor future leaders and inspire volunteerism

2. Increase leadership opportunities and influence on the state and national levels

4. Advance REALTOR® influence through elections, appointments of members to boards, committees and government

2. Promote, educate and enforce fair housing laws, REALTOR® safety, and the REALTOR® code of ethics

3. Educate our members to better articulate the value of REALTORS®
