February Housing Indicators

GAR provides housing indicators on a monthly basis to our members free of charge. In partnership with ShowingTime MarketStats – a division of the Minneapolis Association of REALTORS® –  each report features concise information on basic housing statistics with easy-to-follow charts that help the viewer to see market trends.

In order to give us an accurate snapshot of the housing market year-over-year for various statistics – including pending sales, median sales price, days on the market until closing, and much more – data is derived from 14 MLSs throughout Georgia. With the MLSs providing access to their data, we will have housing reports with an accuracy of at least 90%.
