Your REALTORŪ membership will be suspended if you miss the deadline

by Adriene Lavarias

Have You Completed NAR's Mandated Cycle 5 Code of Ethics?

The fifth cycle began on January 1, 2017 and will end on December 31, 2018. You and your broker could face suspension if this requirement is not met by December 31st. If you are unsure of whether or not you have completed the mandatory training for this cycle, log in to Matrix and click the "Members without COE" link to review the list of members that still need to take it. If you are on this list, this means that you have not yet:

  • Completed the required training, or
  • Submitted your online course completion certificate to Adriene

To check your education records, please visit the Georgia Real Esate Commission website.

Failure to meet the requirement is a violation of membership duties and results in immediate suspension of membership as of midnight December 31st until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated (March 1st). If your membership is suspended, you will no longer be able to take advantage of member benefits (local, state & national), you will not be able to advertise yourself as a REALTOR® & most importantly you will no longer have access to GAR forms without paying for a non-member subscription. You will be considered an MLS only member, which means your monthly MLS fee will increase

We currently have the following classes scheduled.  (Click on a link below to register).

You can also complete this requirement online. (Click on a link below to register).
