REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES
- Early Bird Registration Fee $289.00, Deadline January 4
- Regular Registration Fee $329.00, Deadline January 18
- Late/On-Site Registration Fee $369.00, January 19 - February 8
NOTE: Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, received a printable email confirmation page and submitted payment.
WHAT A FULL REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- All Education Sessions and Forums, Keynote Session, Welcome Reception & Bingo, Board of Directors Meetin
- Full Breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Lunch on Thursday
WHAT A FULL REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Awards Luncheon ticket ($25)
- President's Inaugural Gala Reception and Gala ticket ($50)
SPECIAL NEEDS / FOOD ALLERGIES:

Written cancellations prior to January 18 will reflect a $40.00 service charge.
Due to contract obligations, no refunds will be given after January 18.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 770-458-6992.
REFUND POLICY: If GAR has to cancel the conference due to events our of our control your registration fee will not be refunded. GAR is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses (lodging, airfare, etc.) you may incur when a course is canceled or rescheduled.
GAR does allow a member who needs to cancel the opportunity to transfer his or her registration to another person. To transfer a registration, contact Erica Sears at 678-597-4136. A transfer cannot be completed a non-refundable service charge of $25.00. Only the individual transferee authorized to pick up the registration.
TICKET SALES & NON-INDUSTRY GUEST REGISTRATION:
Tickets for Special Events are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Awards Luncheon tickets are $25. A registrant may purchase one guest ticket in addition to their own ticket.
Gala tickets are $25. A registrant may purchase one guest ticket in addition to their own ticket.
Guest ticket for Welcome Reception & Bingo $20 (The Welcome Reception & Bingo is included in registration. Registrants need only show their name badge to be admitted.)

Non-Industry Guest Registration Fee $289.00

The link to reserve your room at the Omni Grove Park Inn will not be provided until you are registered. Reservations secured by those not registered for the conference will be moved outside the GAR block at a higher rate. The GAR rate is $169 plus $10 resort charge and tax, self-parking $15 per day, valet parking $22 per day. Upgrade pricing option: $219 Deluxe Mountain View, $229.00 Premium Mountain View, $519 Executive King Suite. Any reservation not canceled by 12:00 PM 10 days prior to reservation arrival date will be charged one-night room and tax. There will be a charge of $40 for each third and fourth person sharing a room. Once you register you will receive an e-mail with the link to reserve your hotel room will be sent within 24 hours for weekday registrations and within 48 hours for weekend registrations.
Portions of this GAR meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, individuals agree that GAR and/or anyone acting on their behalf may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, individuals agree that GAR may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission and without compensation.
